When I upgraded my account to the new, none of my upcoming scheduled calls transferred over. What do I do?

Upgrading your account will not transfer your existing reservations. Either you will need to create them again with the new site, or you can access the reservations from the previous (legacy) version of this service. Your legacy account is still available and can be accessed by contacting support at (or by calling 1-800-535-1005).
