- Make sure Microsoft Outlook has already been installed on your computer.
- Download & Open The FreeConference Manager for Outlook on your Windows computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions; click 'Next' to navigate through the installation wizard, and click 'Finish' at the final screen.
- Restart Outlook if it is already open
How To Send An Invitation Through Outlook
To send a meeting invitation through Outlook, simply click the FreeConference.com logo from the Dashboard.
From there, a pop-up will ask you which dial-ins you want to add to your email. Once you have selected your preferred dial-in(s), your invitation template will pop up with all of your FreeConference information already filled out, such as your access code and dial-in number(s).
After that, all you need to do is add recipients and press 'Send'!
