If you or a participant in your conference room sees the 'MEETING ROOM FULL' message when they try to join a meeting via internet, then it is likely that you have exceeded the limit of maximum participants allowed with your subscription.

With a free subscription you can have up to a total of 5 participants join via internet. Below you can see the limits for each plan listed. If you need more video/screen sharing 'seats' then you can either upgrade your plan or have the additional participants join via phone.
