Why can’t you offer phone support to free users?
We’ve been ordered to comply with a new FCC mandate that reduces our ability to fund free support. The FCC wants us to eliminate free accounts all together but we’re committed to keeping FreeConference.com FREE! However, we are no longer able to offer phone support for free. I’m really sorry!
We have worked hard to improve our self-service tools, we have an extensive list of support and troubleshooting articles available on our website at support.freeconference.com. If you require technical assistance, just open a ticket from that site and we will reply within 12 hours.
